Since he first fired up a grill at 16 years old, General has lived by one rule: Great BBQ isn’t just cooked, it’s earned. Over the last 25+ years, he’s taken his passion for flame, smoke, and bold flavours on a global journey. From the open-air markets of Southeast Asia to the rustic taverns of Europe and the backroad smokehouses of the American South.
General blends global inspiration with classic Southern BBQ tradition to create something truly unique.
Now in his early 40s, he’s brought that hard-won wisdom home to General’s BBQ Pit, where every bite tells a story. Whether it’s his fall-off-the-bone ribs, his 12-hour smoked brisket, or his secret-recipe sauces, you’re tasting more than just food, you’re tasting a lifetime of adventure.
